Four friends travel to the Netherlands and Belgium with a camera and a guitar, full of confidence that they will be able to support themselves on the streets. They soon emerge as street musicians, or "buskers" as they are called in English. Among the places where the four "busketeers" visit are Amsterdam in the Netherlands, Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges and Turnhout in Belgium.
Poena is a South African, Afrikaans-language television sitcom based on a character created for the 2003 sitcom Gauteng-alêng-alêng, which spun off into the 2007 film Poena is Koning (Poena is King), as well as the follow-up TV movies Poena (2020) and Poena en Poenie (2021).

His department was moved from the eleventh floor to the basement, the staff was reduced from 33 to 3 and he reports directly to Ms. Mammabolo, the chair woman of the council. The other staff consists of Lulu Roux, the receptionist, Koos Koekemoer, the senior technician, and Dickey Abrahams, junior technician. Koos' wife, Bessie, is a fine berry and she is often there to check on Koos. Poena Pieterse is supposed to be the department's messenger but is almost full-time busy with personal tasks for Me.
