SYSTAM highlights the inhumanity of those highest on the hierarchy, the dominant to the destitute. The film metaphorically depicts the whole process of child trafficking in a systematic way to unveil this hidden scheme. It further accentuates the reality of survival for the fittest, and expresses a range of emotions in the oppressed: the fear, anguish and monotony that shade them for life.
When a vulnerable new student finds comfort in her brash teacher, their academic relationship takes a manipulative and troubling turn.
