This four-part series follows the lives of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK season 1 queens, Baga Chipz, Divina DeCampo, and Blu Hydrangea aka the Frock Destroyers as they record, release, and perform their debut album, Frock4Life, during a global pandemic.
Divina de Campo's Red & Silver Christmas Special is giving you something to look forward to with a holiday mix of campory and Christmas beats.
Cries of "Diva!" are known to ring out in the drag bar as well as the opera house. In this surreal queer fantasia on classical music, baroque iconography, and scandalous first-century verse, drag prima donna Divina de Campo premieres an original operatic aria with chamber orchestra by composer V. R. Alevizos. Europe’s historic concert halls set the stage for an ecstatic meeting of two art traditions which traffic in extremes of gender performance, enacting a space where the drag bar diva and the opera house diva share the same skin.
Owen Richard Farrow, known professionally as Divina de Campo, is an English drag queen, singer, and actor, best known for competing in the first series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK, eventually finishing as runner-up. Divina has appeared on The Voice UK, All Together Now (as one of the show’s 100 judges), MTV’s A-Z of Drag and Big Brother’s Bit on the Side.
