A documentary about the filming session of the film “The Wild Pear Tree” by Nuri Bilge Ceylan… ‘The Wild Pear Tree’ had been shot in about 14 weeks in Western Anatolia.

He completed his Fine Arts education in Canakkale. During his student years, he started writing for various local newspapers and literary magazines. Ahlat Agaci, which is a part of his book "Bir Üniversitelinin Not Defteri", which he published during his last year at university, was scripted by Akin Aksu, Ebru Ceylan and Nuri Bilge Ceylan. Shot by Nuri Bilge Ceylan and premiered at the 71st Cannes Film Festival, Ahlat Agaci was released in Turkey on 1 June 2018. He also played the character of Imam Veysel in the film.
